This topic describes the core features of Remote Log Access.

Device management

  • Detect mobile terminals that have Remote Log Access enabled using heartbeat detection.

  • Filter mobile terminals by device ID, application version, and device model.

Task management

  • Create pull tasks by manually adding devices or using smart filters.

  • View and manage created pull tasks.

  • Filter tasks by task type, task progress, and creation or modification time.

  • Add mobile terminals to existing pull tasks.

  • Send pull status updates to specified contacts by text message or email.

Log pulling

  • Specify mobile terminals by device ID or name to pull logs.

  • Pull logs from mobile terminals in batches.

  • Pull logs from mobile terminals for a specified number of days.

Log display

  • Display the log volume in a time-series graph.

  • Display the log volume within a specified time range.

  • Search logs by keyword.

  • Filter logs by log level.

  • Download mobile terminal logs to your local computer.

Log printing

  • Print logs of different levels from mobile terminals. For more information about log levels, see the definitions of log level and pull level in Terms.

  • Encrypt and store mobile terminal logs.

  • Periodically clear mobile terminal logs.
