Reasons for service suspension
If your package expires and is not renewed in time, your service will be suspended.
Effects of service suspension
After the service is suspended:
Cloud storage, ApsaraDB, and CDN resources become unavailable.
Functions stop running, new requests are not processed, and time triggers will no longer trigger functions in new epochs.
The service space is released if the service suspension lasts for more than 15 days.
How to recover
You can enable Auto-renewal when you purchase a package. After this feature is enabled, the system automatically renews the package upon expiration by deducting the fee from your account balance.
NoteIf you purchase the Developer Edition package, do not enable auto-renewal. This edition supports only manual renewal, and auto-renewal will fail.
