You must enable the static website hosting feature before you can use it for the first time.
Prerequisites
You have created a service space. For more information, see Create your first service space.
Procedure
Log on to the EMAS console, select Serverless, and then click Enter.
In the navigation pane on the left, select Static Website Hosting.
Select the current service space and click Enable Now.
Wait 3 to 5 minutes for the activation to complete.
