You can set alert rules for your ApsaraDB for MyBase for MySQL instances. When an alert rule is triggered, the system notifies all contacts in the specified alert contact group.
Background
The alerting feature is powered by CloudMonitor. You can use CloudMonitor to create alert rules for your metrics. When an alert is triggered, CloudMonitor sends notifications by email and SMS to all contacts in a specified alert contact group. You can manage your alert contact groups to ensure that the right people are notified immediately when an alert is triggered.
Enable one-click alerts

Log on to the ApsaraDB for MyBase console.

In the upper-left corner of the page, select a region.

In the left-side navigation pane, choose .

In the left-side navigation pane, click Monitoring and Alerts.

On the Alerts tab, turn on the One-click Alerts switch.
Create an alert rule

Log on to the ApsaraDB for MyBase console.

In the upper-left corner of the page, select a region.

In the left-side navigation pane, choose .

In the left-side navigation pane, click Monitoring and Alerts.

On the Alerts tab, click Alert Rule Settings to go to the CloudMonitor console.

Create an alert contact group. For more information, see Create an alert contact or an alert contact group.

Manage alert rules

Log on to the ApsaraDB for MyBase console.

In the upper-left corner of the page, select a region.

In the left-side navigation pane, choose .

In the left-side navigation pane, click Monitoring and Alerts.

On the Alerts tab, click Set Alert Rule to go to the CloudMonitor console.

On the Alert Rules tab, find the rule that you want to manage and perform one of the following operations in the Actions column:

Details: View the details of the alert rule.

Alert History: View the alert history for a specific time range. For more information, see View alert history.

Modify: Modify the alert rule. For more information, see Manage alert rules.

Disable: Disable the alert rule. A disabled rule does not trigger alerts even if its conditions are met. For more information, see Disable an alert rule.

Enable: Enable the alert rule. An enabled rule triggers alerts if its conditions are met. For more information, see Enable an alert rule.

Delete: Delete the alert rule. This action is irreversible. To use the rule again, you must recreate it. For more information, see Delete an alert rule.
