Personal tasks
Personal tasks in Alibaba Mail let you track and manage to-do items directly from the web client. You can create tasks, assign them, set due dates, and organize work with subtasks.
Personal tasks is a legacy feature. It will be deprecated in future releases.
Prerequisites
Log on to the Alibaba Mail web client.
Create a personal task
Click the task icon in the upper-right corner of the page and select Create Task. In the pane on the right, enter a task name, and then click More Options.

In the window that appears on the right, specify the task details:
Subject: The task name.
Assign To: The person responsible for the task.
Add Attachment (optional): Attach relevant files.
Due Date: No due date is set by default.
Task Description: Plain text only.
Click Save.

The task appears in the task list.
To create a subtask, hover over the row of a parent task, and then click Add Subtask at the bottom of the window that appears.

Edit a task
Click the task icon in the upper-right corner of the page, and then select a parent task from the task list. After the task expands on the right, click the + icon in the top action bar to enter edit mode. Edit the parent task details. If the parent task has subtasks, click the + icon in the upper-right corner of a subtask to edit that subtask. After you finish editing, click Send to save your changes.

The updated task details are saved and reflected in the task list.
Delete a task
Click the task icon in the upper-right corner of the page, and then select a parent task from the task list. After the task expands on the right, click Delete in the top action bar, and then click OK in the dialog box to confirm. If the parent task has subtasks, click Delete in the upper-right corner of a subtask and confirm to delete that subtask.

The task is removed from the task list.
Mark a task as completed
Click the task icon in the upper-right corner of the page, and then select the parent task that you want to mark in the task list. Select the circle (○) before the parent task name to mark the task as completed. To mark subtasks as completed, click the parent task, and then select the circle (○) before each subtask name in the pane on the right.

The circle changes to indicate the completed status.
