Configure CalDAV on your phone to sync your Alibaba Mail calendar with native or third-party calendar apps.
Background
CalDAV is a standard protocol for syncing calendar data across devices (phones, tablets, computers) and calendar applications.
Procedure
On iOS
1. Add a calendar account.
Go to Settings > Calendar > Accounts > Add Account.
Go to Other > Add CalDAV Account.
2. Enter your account information.
Server: caldav.mxhichina.com
Username: Your email address
Password: Your email password, or your third-party client security password if enabled.
Click Next and wait for validation to complete.
3. Save the configuration.
Click Save in the upper-right corner. Your Alibaba Mail calendar now appears in the Calendar app.
On Android
Native Google Android and HarmonyOS do not support CalDAV. Use a third-party app such as DAVx⁵ or OneCalendar.
*For Android in mainland China, use the system calendar instead.
1. Native Google Android / HarmonyOS

DAVx⁵ (manage in the system calendar)
You can download DAVx⁵ from the Play Store.
1. On the DAVx⁵ page, click Create account, select Log in with URL and username, and then click Continue.
2. Enter the root address, username, and password. Then, click Logon.

Username: Your email address
Password: Your email password, or your third-party client security password if enabled.
3. After validation succeeds, select Create account. The account is displayed.
4. Click the settings icon next to the account to configure sync time and range.
5. Your Alibaba Mail calendar now appears in the native calendar app.

OneCalendar (manage in a third-party calendar app)
1. Go to the OneCalendar page > Accounts > Add account.
2. For the account type, select CalDAV. Enter your username, password, and server. Then, click Connect.
Username: Your email address
Password: Your email password, or your third-party client security password if enabled.
Server: https://caldav.mxhichina.com/principals/users/
3. After validation succeeds, click Done.
4. If the calendar does not sync completely, go to Options > Sync > History. The default period is 6 months; you can extend it to 3 years.
2. Chinese Android systems
1. Go to Calendar > My > Add Calendar > CalDAV Account.
2. Enter the account information.
Username: Your email address
Password: Your email password, or your third-party client security password if enabled.
Server address: caldav.mxhichina.com
3. Click Add.
