Evaluates whether the storage capacity of each Elastic Compute Service (ECS) system disk created from an image of a specified operating system type meets or exceeds a specified value. If so, the evaluation result is Compliant.
Scenarios
Use this rule to ensure sufficient storage space is reserved for ECS system disks and prevent business interruptions caused by insufficient disk resources.
Risk level
Default risk level: low.
You can change the risk level based on your business requirements when you apply this rule.
Compliance evaluation logic
- If the storage capacity of each ECS system disk created from an image of a specified operating system type meets or exceeds a specified value, the evaluation result is Compliant.
- If the storage capacity of each ECS system disk created from an image of a specified operating system type is less than a specified value, the evaluation result is Non-compliant.
- This rule does not apply to ECS system disks created from an image of a non-specified operating system type.
- This rule does not apply to ECS data disks.
