How to set or cancel trusted devices?
Add a frequently used device, such as your work laptop, as a trusted device for Alibaba Mail to skip repeated authentication on future logons.
Log on to your mailbox from a trusted device

When you log on from a trusted device, you do not need to perform two-factor authentication again.

An unusual logon from a trusted device does not trigger an unusual logon alert.
Set a trusted device (authorize a device)
Method 1: Set the device as trusted during two-factor authentication

Log on to the Alibaba Mail web client. Enter your account and password.

After the logon validation is complete, on the Two-Factor Authentication page, check Set as trusted device, skip verification for next logon.
On subsequent logons from this device, text message authentication is skipped.
Method 2: Set a trusted device from device management settings

Log on to the Alibaba Mail web client and click the Settings icon in the upper-right corner.

On the Settings page, set the target device as a trusted device.
Cancel a trusted device (unauthorize a device)

Log on to the Alibaba Mail web client and click the Settings icon in the upper-right corner.

On the Settings page, cancel the trusted status of the target device and then log out.
