This topic describes how to use the Alibaba Mail app to scan a QR code and log on to the web client.
To use the QR code logon feature, make sure that you have the latest version of the Alibaba Mail app.
Scan the QR code to install the app:
1. Log on to the Alibaba Mail mobile app.
2. Go to the web-based mailbox. In the lower-right corner of the logon box, click the QR code logon option. The QR code is valid for 5 minutes.
3. On the main screen of the Alibaba Mail app, tap the QR code scanner in the upper-right corner. Scan the QR code to log on.
Note
Mailbox administrators must log on with a username and password.
