This topic describes how to configure custom anti-spam settings.
Log on to the Alibaba Mail web client and click the Settings icon in the upper-right corner to customize your anti-spam options.
Low: All emails that arrive in your inbox are treated as normal.
Medium: All emails are treated as normal, except for those from senders on the blacklist.
High: Spam is filtered based on anti-spam rules, blacklists, and whitelists.
Strict: Only emails from senders on the whitelist and in your contacts are treated as normal.
With the Low option, emails are delivered to your inbox even if the anti-spam system identifies them as spam. Be careful to identify content such as phishing emails.
With the Strict option, the whitelist includes addresses added by you or a mailbox administrator. Contacts include personal or recent contacts that you added, but do not include public contacts or domain members added by an administrator.
The "Permanently delete" option deletes all new incoming spam. This setting is not recommended because you may accidentally delete important emails.
