Learn how to add or remove sender blacklist entries.

Blacklist

A blacklist is a security feature for filtering spam and high-risk email. Depending on your anti-spam settings, emails from blacklisted addresses or domains are either moved to the spam folder or permanently deleted.

Warning

1. Blacklist settings apply to all email accounts in your organization. Be cautious when adding a domain to the blacklist.

2. You can add a maximum of 500 entries to the blacklist.

Emails are automatically filtered based on other anti-spam settings. If you select the "permanently delete (not recommended)" option, this option only takes effect for entries on the domain admin blacklist.

Add a blacklist entry

Log in to the management console with an administrator account. Navigate to Security Management > Email Security > Sender Blacklist and Whitelist Management and click Blacklist Management. Select an entry type, enter the corresponding information (such as an email address, domain, IP, IP range, or region), and click Confirm.
