Alibaba Mail automatically detects spam. By default, spam is marked and moved to the junk folder. Mailbox administrators can configure several options, such as permanently deleting spam, moving it to a user's junk folder, receiving notifications for spam from the previous day, and enabling anti-spam processing for intra-domain emails.
Procedure:
1. Log on to the enterprise mailbox as the postmaster administrator. By default, you are directed to the Domain Admin Console. Choose Security Settings > Email Security > Other Anti-Spam Settings.
2. Configure the settings as required. Then, click Save in the upper-left corner.
Important
The Permanently Delete (Not Recommended) option takes effect only when the domain administrator blacklist is enabled.
