Updates

This release includes updates for V4 only.

V4 updates

  • User insights

    • The new user attribute management feature lets you define a user's basic information schema. Actual values are derived from fields in imported user tag tables. If conflicting user attribute values appear across different user tag tables, you can resolve the conflicts using a specified assignment logic.

    • The new customer management feature lets you centrally display user-related information, build user profiles, and conveniently tag users for lead identification and post-sale follow-up.

    • The new row-level permissions authorization feature lets you grant non-administrators row-level permissions on tags. This ensures that they can access only specified rows, which provides data isolation.

    • The data analytics for marketing campaigns now supports automatic chart filtering to display data for the current campaign.

In the Quick BI console, when you create a dashboard to embed, you can use data that is synced from your marketing campaigns to your ABD 3.0 analysis source. You can then set the campaign ID field in the data as a global parameter for the dashboard. For more information, see Embed Quick BI reports.

  • User marketing

    • This release introduces automated marketing campaign templates. Each template provides recommended marketing flows, target audiences, and messaging tailored to specific marketing scenarios. For more information, see Create an automated marketing campaign from a template.

    • This release adds fatigue control for outreach channels to limit the frequency of marketing messages sent to a single user. This feature prevents over-messaging, which can lead to user dissatisfaction or complaints.

    • Automated marketing upgrades:

      • The new generate audience component lets you save users who enter the component as an audience.

      • The AB test component and the random group component now support custom group names.

      • On the action execution analysis page, you can query user details for different time periods and save users with specific send statuses from additional marketing types as an audience. For more information, see View execution details.

    • Before you can create a standard short link for third-party text messages, you must register the short-link domain name in Organization Settings.

Discontinued features

Alibaba Cloud has discontinued the Dataphin Offline Integration Edition of Quick Audience. The corresponding data development module has been removed from Quick Audience, and related configuration management functions have been separated from the Management Hub.

If you purchased the Dataphin Offline Integration Edition, selecting the data development module from the Quick Audience navigation bar now redirects you to the Dataphin console to perform operations. For more information, see the Dataphin documentation.
