Block unwanted senders in Alibaba Mail by adding their IP address, domain, or sender address to the blacklist.
Method 1
Log in to the Alibaba Mail web client, click the Settings icon in the upper-right corner, and choose Mail Settings > Blacklist. Click Add to Blacklist to add an IP address, domain name, or sender address. Nicknames and display names are not supported.
Method 2
Under More options, select Report Spam or Report Phishing, and then select the Add to blacklist checkbox.
