When your Alibaba Mail storage is full, you can no longer receive emails, and senders receive a bounce email.
To check your storage space, log on to the Alibaba Mail web client and click your profile picture icon in the upper-right corner.
If you use the Free Edition and your storage is full, delete unneeded emails to free up space, or contact your administrator to upgrade to a paid mailbox with unlimited storage.
To release storage, permanently delete emails or empty the Deleted Items folder, and then refresh the page.
