Set company information
This topic describes how to set company information.
1. Log on to the Alibaba Mail domain management interface using an administrator account.
2. Navigate to Company Customization > Company Information. Set the company name, address, contact number, and company profile. Then, save the settings.
Note
You can enter a maximum of 230 characters. Any characters that exceed this limit will not be displayed.
After saving the settings, log on to your mailbox using an address in the mail.domain_name format.
Prerequisites
1. Add a CNAME record for mail. For information about the record value, see Explanation of MX, CNAME, and TXT records.
2. You have completed the ICP filing for the domain name.
