How to customize a welcome letter?

Alibaba Mail lets you send welcome letters from the management platform to inform users about company email policies and email client setup.
Add parameters to the email title and body to send a personalized welcome letter to each new user. 
Procedure
1. Log on to the Alibaba Mail domain management interface as an administrator. Click Enterprise Customization > Interface Customization.
2. Select Customize Welcome Letter and configure the settings as shown in the screenshot. When you are done, click Save in the upper-left corner.
