Create a sub-administrator

Alibaba Mail creates a primary administrator account (postmaster) upon purchase. The primary administrator can promote a standard employee account to sub-administrator with scoped department access and permissions. Sub-administrators help the primary administrator manage mailboxes more efficiently.
Important
Sub-administrators cannot create other sub-administrators.
Procedure
1. Log on to Alibaba Mail with the postmaster administrator account. You are directed to the Domain Management console by default. Go to Company Customization > Sub-administrator.
2. Click Add Sub-administrator and configure the required permissions.
