V4 updates
User Insights
Event Reporting:
Reported event data is now stored in a regular user behavior table. For more information, see Enable or disable storage.
In the user behavior table schema, the original behavior object class field is now grouped under behavior property class fields. You can continue using your existing user behavior table schema. For more information, see User Behavior Table Requirements.
ImportantIf you created audience groups by filtering the original behavior object class field, those audience groups will not update automatically after this change.
Update them manually. In the audience list, click Edit. On the edit page, click Update Audience in the lower-right corner. After performing this action once, the audience groups will update normally going forward.
Added automatic synchronization of event data from the Membership Platform. For more information, see Membership Platform reporting flow.
In the event model, the Event Occurrence Channel property is now required. The Event Reporting API Specifications for self-integration have been updated accordingly. Update your SDK version and modify your program as needed.
Self-service Analysis is a new feature.
It integrates with the Quick BI data visualization analytics platform, enabling you to run ad hoc analysis on audience groups in Quick Audience. This allows flexible and independent audience data analysis. You can create new audience groups by selecting data points in reports and compare how different audience groups perform against the same metric.
For detailed configuration and operation steps, see the Self-service Analysis document.
You can now create and update audience groups using APIs. Contact your after-sales representative to enable this feature and obtain the operation guide.
Multiple optimizations have been made to Automated Marketing:

The Event Judgment Component is now separate from the Behavior Event Component. Use it as a standalone step in a flow to filter users who did or did not perform a specified behavior event within a given time window, then trigger follow-up actions.
For flows triggered by the Target Audience Component, if the activity is recurring, you can choose whether users can join multiple times when their audience group has not been updated.
The Tag Judgment Component now supports multiple groups. Add or remove the Other group as needed.
The Text SMS Component, Digital SMS Component, Email Component, WeChat Official Account Message Component, and Template Message Component now support sending test messages.
When configuring the Result Judgment Component, you can add an Other branch in addition to the selected results.
In the activity list, click Details to open the canvas. By default, it displays execution data for the most recent round only—not the total across all rounds. Clicking the execution data area opens the execution action analysis page directly—not the execution record list. For more information, see View activity execution status.
Content Marketing is a new module.
It provides a unified content library where you can upload, download, preview online, tag, intelligently search, share, and comment on common file types such as images, videos, audio, documents, design source files, and fonts. It also supports generic and custom sensitive word detection.
It offers content production tools for designing images, creating templates, and using intelligent background removal. Approval workflows are supported for related assets.
To purchase, see Pricing List and Billing Guide. To use, see the Content Marketing document.
