Enable or disable POP3 and IMAP for individual accounts or in batches.
Method 1: Single account operation

Log in to Alibaba Mail as an administrator.

In the management console, choose Organization and Users > Employee Account Management and click the target account.

Click the Feature Permissions tab. The POP3 Service and IMAP Service are enabled by default.

Toggle the status to Allow or Forbid.
Method 2: Batch operations

Log in to Alibaba Mail as an administrator.

In the management console, choose Organization and Users > Employee Accounts > Batch Settings. Select the target accounts and click POP3/SMTP Service Switch. Select or clear the Enable POP3/SMTP Service and Enable IMAP/SMTP Service check boxes, and click Confirm.
