Alibaba Mail allows you to view or download the original source of an email from the web client or a third-party client such as Outlook.
Method 1: Log on to the Alibaba Mail web client. Right-click an empty area in the message body and click Download Email. The email is saved to your computer as an .eml file.
After the download is complete, open the .eml file in a text editor to view the original content.
Method 2: Log on to the Alibaba Mail web client. Right-click an empty area in the message body and click View Original. You can copy the original content and save it separately.
Method 3: In a third-party client, such as Outlook, view the message header. You can then copy the original content and save it separately.
