The Issuing Coupons component calls your coupon system to issue coupons to users, including vouchers, points coupons, discount coupons, and gift certificates.
You must purchase the Social Interaction Function Package in advance and connect it with your coupon system. You can configure coupons to be sent on the Coupon Management page. Administrators and members who have the "Social Interaction-Customer Operations" or "Social Interaction-Public Number Operations" roles can configure coupons.
Regardless of whether the link starts from the behavioral event component or the target population component, users entering the coupon component will use their QAID to match the social interaction customer number provided by all data sources (ID type coded as MAISCMR_ID).
To configure a universal filter, perform the following steps:
Click the Issuing Coupons component and configure it in the panel that appears on the right, as shown in the following figure.
