This topic describes how to customize the logon URL for Alibaba Mail.
The Free Edition does not support this feature. For more information about the differences between editions, see Edition comparison.
If your domain name is example.net and you want to access the logon page through webmail.example.net, follow these steps:
Procedure
1. Log on to the Alibaba Mail domain management interface with an administrator account.
2. Click Company Customization > UI Customization > Customize Mailbox Logon Address > Add Domain Name.
3. In the CNAME Settings section, click Set. Follow the prompts to complete the CNAME parsing. After you confirm that the DNS record has taken effect, click Refresh.
The following example shows how to add DNS records in the Alibaba Cloud Domain Names console:
For example, add two DNS records in the Domain Names console as follows:

Note: In this example, the logon address webmail.win.example.net is created for the second-level domain win.example.net. The host record must be slightly modified for the second-level domain.
4. In the ICP Filing Status section, click Set to open the official ICP filing website. After you complete the ICP filing, click Refresh.
5. After you complete the parsing and ICP filing, enable the option for the address you want to use as the Functional Email Link.
If you have set multiple logon addresses, note that you can enable only one.
6. Log on to the web-based mailbox using the logon address that is allowed by the domain administrator, for example, webmail.example.net. You can now log on successfully.
7. You cannot log on using other addresses that are not set or enabled.
