Page display error: Alibaba Cloud user information not authorized
If you encounter a page error with the prompt "Cloud Customer Service System is not authorized to access Alibaba Cloud user information", follow these steps to resolve the issue.
1. Navigate to Alibaba Cloud Resource Access Management (RAM): https://ram.console.aliyun.com/applications
2. Navigate to OAuth Application Management (Public Preview) > Third-party Applications. Delete the following application: buservice@app.1912929971180581.onaliyun.com
3. Return to the Alibaba Cloud Customer Service System: https://alime.console.aliyun.com/?productCode=p_ant_workbench#/iframe_menu_ant_usermng
The browser automatically redirects you to the Alibaba Cloud authorization page. Ensure that you select the fourth option: User's name and other personal information
4. Return to the Cloud Customer Service System and refresh the page.
