③ Submit the sending task to complete the task creation.
Whether a message displays correctly depends on the phone's ability to parse and render the card SMS template. Before sending, wait until the template is approved by most mobile phone manufacturers.
You are only billed for messages that are sent and rendered successfully. You are not billed for failed sends or rendering failures.

FAQ
This section lists common reasons for sending failures and their solutions.
Q1: Device model limitations
Reason: Different card SMS templates support different phone models. This may cause rendering to fail on unsupported models.
Suggestion: Choose templates that support a wide range of models. Before sending, use labels to exclude audiences with unsupported models. You can also configure a fallback to digital SMS.
Q2: Phone number is on a blocklist
Reason: The end user associated with the phone number has previously complained or unsubscribed. Messages are blocked to respect the end user's wishes and prevent harassment.
Suggestion: Avoid sending messages to numbers on blocklists.
Q3: Throttling limits
Reason: The platform and carriers limit sending frequency to protect end users from excessive messaging.
Suggestion: Adjust the sending time and avoid sending the same content repeatedly to the same user.
Q4: Out of service, nonexistent number, service suspended, powered off, or out of service area
Reason: The recipient's phone is not connected to the network.
Suggestion: In testing scenarios, you can try to restart the phone, disable security software, and ensure the phone is connected to the network before you resend the message.
