Log in and click Pre-sales Consultation.
ImportantYou must first log in to your Alibaba Cloud account or RAM account to open the pre-sales online consultation page.
Click the customer service icon in the upper-right corner of the Alibaba Cloud homepage and select "Pre-sales Consultation" to enter the pre-sales online consultation. This entry does not require logging in to an Alibaba Cloud account, so you can use it to consult even if you do not have an Alibaba Cloud account yet.
Contact your Alibaba Cloud account manager.

If you encounter issues with an Alibaba Cloud product or service, use any of the following channels:
Call the after-sales hotline at 400-801-3260 and follow the prompts to reach a representative.
Go to Online Service and enter 'human' in the input box to reach a service agent.
Submit feedback on the Alibaba Cloud Connect Platform.
