Add an email account to Outlook to send and receive emails.
Procedure (Outlook 2010)
User information
Your name: Enter your name. This name is displayed in the From field of emails that you send.
Email address: Enter your full email address.
Server information
Incoming mail server (POP3): pop3.aliyun.com
or
Incoming mail server (IMAP): imap.aliyun.com
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): smtp.aliyun.com
Logon information
Username: Enter your full email address.
Password: Enter the password that you set for your mailbox.
The server port information is as follows:
