1. Confirm that the Post Office Protocol (POP) service is enabled for the mailbox from which you want to receive emails. Mail services, such as QQ Mail and NetEase Mail, disable the POP service by default. You must log on to the external mailbox to enable the POP service.
2. Log on to the webmail client and go to the Settings page. Navigate to Mailbox Settings > Other Mailboxes, and then click Add Other Mailbox.
3. Enter the email address, username, and password for the external mailbox. You can also select Automatically receive emails or Keep a copy of messages in the original mailbox. If you select Receive in Inbox, this setting cannot be changed later.
4. For the POP server settings, select automatic detection. If the service provider cannot be automatically detected, configure the settings manually. For the sending settings, you can send emails using your free personal Alibaba Cloud mailbox. You can also set the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) server of the external mailbox as the sending server.
