Log on to Alibaba Mail for web and go to the Settings page. Under Mailbox Settings > Display Settings, find the Email Reading Mode section and select Standard Mode or Conversation Mode.
For conversations, you can select either Bubble View or Flat View. You can also configure settings to show detailed email headers, display quoted text, and change how conversations expand.
