What are blind carbon copy and send individually?

1. Blind Carbon Copy (BCC): Recipients can see the email addresses in the To and Carbon Copy (CC) fields, but addresses in the BCC field are hidden from all recipients.

2. Send Individually: This feature sends an individual copy of the email to each recipient. To each recipient, the email appears as if it was sent only to them.
