Types of security violations
In accordance with Alibaba Cloud policies, such as the Alibaba Cloud Website Terms of Service and the Cloud Platform Security Rules, Alibaba Cloud reserves the right to take action if you use Alibaba Cloud products to publish, store, or distribute the following types of information and content. These actions include issuing rectification notices, blocking information, and suspending or terminating services. Alibaba Cloud also reserves the right to restrict some or all of your account functions, such as purchasing new products or renewing services. General principles
According to Article 15 of the Measures for the Administration of Internet Information Services, providers of Internet Information Services must not produce, copy, publish, or disseminate information that contains any of the following: (1) Content that opposes the basic principles established by the Constitution. (2) Content that endangers national security, discloses state secrets, subverts state power, or undermines national unity. (3) Content that harms national honor and interests. (4) Content that incites ethnic hatred or ethnic discrimination, or undermines ethnic unity. (5) Content that undermines national religious policies, or promotes cults and feudal superstitions. (6) Content that spreads rumors, disturbs social order, or undermines social stability. (7) Content that spreads obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, or terror, or instigates crimes. (8) Content that insults or slanders others, or infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of others. (9) Any other content prohibited by law or administrative regulations.
Illicit content
This includes but is not limited to the following:
Publishing or storing audio, video, images, or text that contains pornographic, obscene, or vulgar content:
Erotic movies, videos, live streams, Category III films, or erotic anime.
Erotic literature, comics, or photo albums.
Erotic audio or erotic Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response (ASMR).
Other illicit content that is sexually suggestive or provocative, or that directly or indirectly depicts sexual acts, processes, or methods.
Publishing or storing software used to distribute pornographic, obscene, or vulgar information:
Pornographic or adult forums, or resource sites that contain illicit content.
Software services that provide pornographic live streams, chats, dating, prostitution, one-night stands, or sexual partners.
Games that contain pornographic, violent, or vulgar content.
Links that point to or allow the download of pornographic content, such as seeds for erotic movies, or search tools and related software that contain pornographic elements.
Accounts, links, or invitation codes for pornographic websites or adult websites and forums.
Publishing illegal sexual enhancement drugs, sexual health products, sex toys, and other illicit goods or related marketing information:
Oral or topical products that can temporarily incapacitate others or cause confusion.
Illegal oral or topical aphrodisiacs.
Pornographic or vulgar goods, such as "original flavor" used underwear.
Standards for defining vulgar content as published in the "Work Plan for the Special Campaign to Rectify Vulgar Content on the Internet":
(1) Content that depicts or implicitly depicts sexual acts, is sexually suggestive, or is provocative or insulting.
(2) Content that directly exposes or describes sexual parts of the human body.
(3) Language that describes sexual acts, processes, or methods, or is sexually suggestive or provocative.
(4) Content that describes or exposes sexual parts, or covers them only minimally.
(5) Content that shows a full body or private parts unclothed, with only limbs used to cover private parts.
(6) Content that involves upskirting, secret filming, or wardrobe malfunctions that invade personal privacy.
(7) Content that uses provocative titles to attract clicks.
(8) Pornographic or vulgar novels, audio, and video content that is prohibited from dissemination by relevant authorities, including deleted scenes from some movies.
(9) Information about improper social interactions, such as one-night stands, wife-swapping, or sadomasochism (SM).
(10) Erotic anime.
(11) Content that promotes bloody violence, malicious insults, or humiliation of others.
(12) Advertisements for illegal "sexual enhancement drugs" and treatments for sexually transmitted diseases.
(13) Maliciously distributing private information about others without their permission or using "human flesh searches" (doxing).

Gambling
This includes but is not limited to the following:
Publishing or storing information about gambling transaction platforms:
Information related to gambling, such as the Mark Six lottery, sports betting, and gambling transaction platforms.
Websites and applications that operate lottery sales or other gambling activities without a license.
Content that organizes group gambling, sells gambling equipment, or teaches gambling techniques and methods, or engages in gambling activities.
Providing technical services for gambling activities or websites, including but not limited to providing traffic diversion, advertising, or website code for gambling sites.
Publishing or storing information about illegal gambling devices:
Gaming machines with gambling features, such as slot machines, and related cheating devices.
Gambling equipment, such as remote-controlled dice and see-through playing cards.
Information related to gambling, such as the Mark Six lottery and private lotteries.
Information about online gambling services, such as game coin recycling.
Regulatory background: Relevant laws and regulations, such as the Law of the People's Republic of China on Penalties for Administration of Public Security, the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China, and the Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Safeguarding Internet Security.
Content that endangers national security or disrupts political and social stability
This includes but is not limited to the following:
Information that splits the country, undermines national unity, endangers national security or interests, disrupts political stability, incites subversion of state power, overthrows the socialist system, or leaks state secrets.
Information that distorts, defames, desecrates, or denies the deeds and spirit of heroes and martyrs, or infringes upon the name, image, reputation, or honor of heroes and martyrs through insults, slander, or other means.
Information that glorifies the history of aggression by other countries, promotes militarism, or advocates for Western values.
Information that promotes terrorism or extremism, incites terrorist or extremist activities, incites ethnic hatred or discrimination, undermines ethnic unity, or distributes violence, murder, terror, or incites crime.
Information that distributes rumors, disrupts economic and social order, insults or defames others, or infringes upon the reputation, privacy, and other legitimate rights and interests of others.
Information containing books, audio-visual products, videos, or files and documents whose publication or distribution is prohibited by law.
Information that undermines national religious policies, involves illegal missionary work, or promotes cults and feudal superstitions.

Fraud
This includes but is not limited to the following:
Using website links to display fake prize-winning information to lure users with prizes or rewards.
Providing distribution service download links for fraudulent applications.
Setting up fake e-commerce pages for fraudulent sales, causing financial loss to users.
Publishing information about phishing websites or creating counterfeit versions of legitimate websites to steal user information and deceive users, causing them to suffer losses.
Operating, introducing, explaining, analyzing, promoting, or supporting virtual currencies that are officially recognized as online pyramid schemes.
Using fabricated facts or concealing the truth to illegally obtain large amounts of public or private property.
Engaging in the distribution of information related to pyramid schemes, telecommunication fraud, and other similar activities.
Fraudulent financial investments, fraudulent credit card applications, and online gambling scams.
Defrauding others of their property online through methods such as fake transactions, fraudulent dating (pig-butchering scams), or part-time brushing.
Acts of providing support or assistance for telecommunication and online fraud activities.
The legal background for this rule includes the Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate on Several Issues Concerning the Specific Application of Law in Handling Criminal Cases of Fraud, the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China, the Anti-Telecom and Online Fraud Law of the People's Republic of China, and the Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Safeguarding Internet Security.
Illegal activities
This includes but is not limited to the following:
Viruses, files, computer code, or programs that may damage or interrupt the normal operation of users' systems.
Using or sharing network technology to disrupt social order, steal information from others, or access illegal websites. This includes information related to hacking, Trojan horses, non-compliant cross-border acceleration or transmission services, software, or tutorials, and eavesdropping.
Information about the sale of rogue base stations, call bombing services, or "black cards" (unregistered SIM cards).
Illegal distribution, pyramid schemes, illegal fundraising, and illegal lending.
Publishing information about illegal acts such as hiring hitmen online or hiring debt collectors online.
Publishing information about the trafficking of women and children, the sale of human organs, or providing intermediary services for surrogacy in Hong Kong, paternity testing, or fetal gender identification.
Trading in regulated goods such as tobacco, smuggled goods, vehicles with counterfeit license plates, or goods seized by customs.
Publishing, distributing, or engaging in related business activities without obtaining the required legal permits or licenses, without prior administrative approval, or without meeting the requirements of regulatory authorities. This includes but is not limited to the non-compliant promotion of drugs or medical devices, the non-compliant publication of paid investment consulting content for securities or futures, and the non-compliant promotion of tobacco.
Participating in, encouraging, promoting, or inducing others to engage in acts that exclude normal business competition in any form, or facilitating the distribution of such acts.
Other activities that violate national laws and regulations.

This includes but is not limited to the following:
Publishing or storing transaction information for narcotics, raw materials for drug production, or precursor chemicals:
Narcotics: Such as opium, morphine, marijuana, pethidine, coca, cocaine, heroin, methamphetamine (ice), ecstasy, ketamine (K powder), caffeine, and triazolam.
Drug test strips. Materials such as unofficially published books on drug extraction or production processes and techniques.
Precursor chemicals: Such as ephedrine-type substances including ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, norephedrine, racemic ephedrine, methylephedrine, ephedra extract, and ephedra extract powder. Safrole oil and chloroform. Ergometrine. Acetic anhydride, a major precursor for heroin production. Major precursors for amphetamine-type stimulants, such as ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, norephedrine, 1-phenyl-2-propanone, and phenylacetic acid. Major precursors for ecstasy, such as 3,4-methylenedioxyphenyl-2-propanone, safrole, isosafrole, safrole oil, and piperonal. Potassium permanganate, a major precursor for cocaine production. Major precursors for the hallucinogen LSD, such as lysergic acid, ergotamine, and ergometrine. Major precursors for methaqualone, such as N-acetylanthranilic acid and anthranilic acid. Solvents required for drug production, such as toluene, acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, and ether.

Toxic chemicals: Such as dichlorvos and bromadiolone.

Publishing or storing transaction information for controlled substances, including psychotropic, narcotic, toxic, radioactive, stimulant, or family planning drugs, along with addictive drugs and drugs banned by the drug administration:
Psychotropic, narcotic, toxic, radioactive, and stimulant drugs, such as psychotropic drugs like triazolam, narcotic drugs like cocaine, toxic Western medicine raw materials like atropine, radioactive drugs like tin-methylenediphosphonate for injection, and stimulant drugs like androstenediol.
Drugs that have been publicly investigated and dealt with by the state or are prohibited from production by the drug administration.
Addictive drugs: Such as methadone and opium tincture.
