After an Alibaba Mail service purchased from an agent is transferred out to a personal Alibaba Cloud account, the service cannot be transferred back to an agent account.
If you purchased an Alibaba Mail service from an agent and then transferred it from the agent's Alibaba Cloud account to a personal (non-agent) Alibaba Cloud account, you cannot transfer the service back to an agent's Alibaba Cloud account.
