HTTPDNS: "Maximum domain quota exceeded" error when adding a domain name

Problem 1: What should I do if I receive the "Maximum domain quota exceeded" error when adding a domain name on the EMAS platform?

• Each account can add a maximum of 200 domain names. This quota includes both wildcard and regular domain names.

• If you receive this error when adding multiple regular domain names, consolidate them into a single wildcard domain name.

• For example:

def.aliyun.com
ghij.aliyun.com

// Change to a wildcard domain name:
*.aliyun.com

Problem 2: How do I add a wildcard domain name?

• You can add it in the console, just as you would a regular domain name.

To request a quota increase, submit a ticket. Note the following:

• The ticket must be submitted from the root account.

• Provide your HTTPDNS Account ID.

• Specify the desired domain name quota.

• Your request will be reviewed. If the request is approved, your quota will be increased.
