Background
Use this guide if you remember your corporate mailbox domain name but have forgotten your Alibaba Cloud account logon name.
Solution
You can retrieve your logon name using your corporate mailbox domain name.
Procedure
1. Go to the retrieval page.
2. Click Corporate Mailbox Domain Name, enter the domain name, and drag the slider to complete the validation. After the validation is successful, click Retrieve Now. The system then locates your Alibaba Cloud account based on your purchase records.
3. Click Get SMS verification code, enter the verification code, and then click OK.
4. The recovery is successful.
Data for an expired corporate mailbox is retained for 30 days after expiration. If the service is not renewed within this 30-day period, the system automatically releases its resources. After the resources are released, the data cannot be recovered.
