IoT Platform for Living is an Alibaba Cloud Internet of Things (IoT) platform for consumer electronics. The platform provides a complete suite of configurable solutions for smart home appliances. These solutions address device connectivity, mobile app control, device management, and data statistics. This significantly reduces the development costs for the device-cloud-app architecture. This document describes how to log on to IoT Platform for Living.
Prerequisites
You have registered an Alibaba Cloud account and completed identity verification. If you do not have an account, register one first. For more information, see Alibaba Cloud account registration process.
Procedure
- In a browser, go to the IoT Platform for Living website.
Note We recommend that you use the Chrome browser.
- Enter your Alibaba Cloud account and password, and click Log On.
- (Optional) If this is your first time logging on to IoT Platform for Living, authorize the platform when prompted.
- In the Permission Authorization dialog box, click Confirm.
- On the Cloud Resource Access Authorization page, click Agree to Authorization.
- (Optional) If this is your first time logging on to IoT Platform for Living, you must also accept the free trial terms of service and complete identity verification.
- On the Free Trial Terms of Service page, click I Agree.
- (Optional) If your account has not passed identity verification, you are redirected to the identity verification page. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete identity verification.
After you complete identity verification, the IoT Platform for Living homepage is displayed.
