IoT Platform provides a ready-to-use Cloud Intelligence app. You can use the app to debug devices or provide it to consumers as a customer-facing application.
About the Cloud Intelligence app
The name of the app is Cloud Intelligence. It is a generic, unbranded app. The app logo is shown below.
The Cloud Intelligence app is available in Global, Mainland China, and International versions, and also includes a developer mode.
- Global version
You can download the Global version of the Cloud Intelligence app by scanning the QR code below. You can also search for "Cloud Intelligence" in major global app stores.
Scanning the QR code automatically redirects iOS users to the App Store. For Android, the installation package downloads directly.
- Mainland China version
The Mainland China version of the Cloud Intelligence app is for users in the Chinese mainland. You can download it by scanning the QR code below, or search for "Cloud Intelligence" in major app stores in China.
Scanning the QR code redirects iOS users to the Apple App Store in China. For Android, it redirects to the Tencent Appstore (YingYongBao).
- International version
The International version of the Cloud Intelligence app is for users in countries and regions outside the Chinese mainland, including Hong Kong (China), Macao (China), and Taiwan (China). You can download it by scanning the QR code below, or search for "Cloud Intelligence" in the Google Play Store.
Scanning the QR code redirects iOS users to international Apple App Stores. For Android, it redirects to the Google Play Store.
- Developer mode
Developer mode is intended for developers to debug devices during development. To enter developer mode, download any version of the Cloud Intelligence app (Global, Mainland China, or International) and scan the QR code below.
Note On the Cloud Intelligence app homepage, click the plus sign (+) in the upper-right corner and scan the QR code below. The message Enter debug mode indicates that you have entered developer mode.In developer mode, you can view app logs and debug the app. To exit developer mode, go to in the app.
NoteIf your operating system is iOS, after you install the developer version of the app, you must trust the developer. Go to , and then click Trust.

Cloud Intelligence app workflow
During device development, you can use the Cloud Intelligence app in developer mode to debug your device. The following steps describe the workflow.
- Create a project and a product in the console, and define the product features. For more information, see Platform operation flow.
- Enable the control switch for the Cloud Intelligence app. For more information, see Human-computer interaction overview.
- Configure the app parameters. The Device Panel, Multilingual Management, and Network Configuration Guide parameters are required. For more information, see App configuration rules.
- Scan the QR code to download the Cloud Intelligence app. For the specific QR code, see the About the Cloud Intelligence app section in this document.
- Scan the network configuration QR code to attach and debug the device. For the specific QR code, see Get product documentation.
- After the device is successfully debugged, proceed to the mass production stage. Also, prepare the product manual materials. For more information, see Download manual materials.
If the site is the Alibaba Cloud China Website (www.aliyun.com), the product appears in the corresponding category in the Cloud Intelligence app after the product name is approved during the mass production stage. This means the product is listed and visible to consumers.
- Sell your device.
After purchasing the device, consumers can scan a QR code in the manual to download the Cloud Intelligence app, configure the network, and attach the device.
