The IoT Platform provides a comprehensive set of operations and maintenance (O&M) tools for your products after they are published. In the Operation Center, you can monitor core services and use logs to troubleshoot issues. This helps you ensure the stability of your online devices and lets you ship your products globally with confidence.

Function overview

  • Operations Hub

    The Operations Hub includes features such as OTA updates, user feedback, and device lists. For more information, refer to the topics in the operations management section.

  • Voice Service

    On the Voice Service management page, you can configure voice services for your products. This enables voice control of your devices using Tmall Genie speakers or third-party voice platforms. For more information, see Voice Service overview.

  • Real-time monitoring

    The O&M platform lets you monitor your published services in real time. For more information, see Real-time monitoring.

    • Real-time monitoring

      You can monitor key interfaces of your app in real time and receive prompt alerts when an issue occurs. Monitoring data refreshes every minute. You can configure conditions to push alerts and view the alert messages.

      On the monitoring details page, you can quickly categorize the status codes returned by interfaces based on region and time.

    • View alert records

      You can view the time, content, and context of all past alerts.

    • Configure alert rules

      In the alert configuration, you can set the alert frequency and channel. You can also manage who receives the alert messages.
