User feedback

On this page, you can view feedback submitted by end users in the Cloud Intelligence App or your own app that uses the feedback plugin. You can favorite feedback and reply to it online. This document describes how to view and reply to user feedback.

Procedure

  1. Log on to the Link IoT Platform console.
  2. On the console home page, click User Feedback.用户反馈

    Alternatively, in the navigation pane on the left, choose Operation Center > User Feedback.

  3. Select User Feedback.

  4. Set the query conditions to filter user feedback by product, problem category, feedback time, or favorite status.

    Details of user feedback data:

    Term Description
    No. An ordinal number automatically generated by the platform.
    Problem Type The type of problem reported in the user feedback.
    • Device problem
    • Network configuration problem
    • Other problem
    Product Name The name of the product for which the feedback was submitted, for example, XXX Lamp.
    Feedback Content The content entered by the user to describe the problem. Click Feedback Content to view more information. For more information, see Step 5.
    Username The account name of the user who submitted the feedback.
    Contact Information The user's contact information is displayed in one of two ways:
    • Email address
    • Mobile number
    Feedback Time The time when the user submitted the feedback.
    Operation Add the user feedback to your favorites for easier management.
  5. Click Feedback Content to view detailed feedback information.
    Multiple feedback entries from the same user for the same product are grouped into a single record, as shown in the following figure.
  6. (Optional) If the end user submitted a device log, click Log or Error Code Information to view the device log online, as shown in the following figure, or to view the error code information. For a description of error codes, see the device-side error codes in Error code dictionary.
    Note Device logs and error code information are not publicly available. If you need access, contact business or technical support.

  7. In the input box, reply to the end user's feedback, as shown in the following figure.
