Content Moderation 1.0 supports image moderation, text moderation, and video moderation. To get started, activate pay-as-you-go billing or purchase a prepaid resource plan., audio moderation, and OSS violation detection
Prerequisites
Before you activate Content Moderation 1.0, you must verify that your Alibaba Cloud account is an enterprise account. For more information, see Enterprise Account Activation Guide.
Activate pay-as-you-go
Activating pay-as-you-go for AI Guardrails is free. After activation, you are billed based on actual usage., audio, and content in OSSPricing
For Content Moderation 1.0, the amount billed depends on:

To activate pay-as-you-go:
Go to the AI Guardrails activation page.
Read and select AI Guardrails Product Terms of Service, then click Activate Now.
Alibaba Cloud AI Guardrails provides a free quota for new users. For 31 days starting from the day you first use specific detection features (API calls for images and text only; OSS detection is not included), you receive a daily free quota of 3,000 scanned images or 3,000 text entries. This quota applies regardless of the algorithm's suggestion. The free quota expires on the 32nd day. If your daily usage exceeds the free quota during the 31-day period, you are charged for the excess usage based on the tiered pricing for your total daily scan volume. After the free period ends, all detections are billed. For more information about billing rules and prices, see Pricing.
Purchase a AI Guardrails resource plan
In addition to the pay-as-you-go billing method, you can purchase a resource plan. The plan covers a specific number of detections. Fees for image, text, video, and voice detections are deducted from your plan. The per-detection price is lower with a resource plan than with the pay-as-you-go method. A resource plan is recommended if you have a large or predictable detection volume.
The resource plan deduction is calculated as follows: Number of offset calls = Daily calls for the scenario × Offset factor for the scenario. For the offset factors for each content type and detection scenario, see the offset factor table on the AI Guardrails Pricing page.
Resource plans are available as annual basic packages and pay-as-you-go top-up packages. For prices and purchase pages, see the AI Guardrails Data Transfer Plan Purchase Page and the AI Guardrails Basic Package Purchase Page.
After you purchase a resource plan, fees for your Content Moderation 1.0 usage are first deducted from the plan's quota. When the quota is depleted, the system automatically switches to the pay-as-you-go billing method. You should monitor your plan's remaining quota and your pay-as-you-go bills. You can set quota alerts on the Resource Plan page in the Alibaba Cloud User Center.
Billing cycle and overdue payments
The billing cycle for Content Moderation 1.0 API detection services is 24 hours. Each day, Alibaba Cloud generates a bill for the previous day's usage and deducts the fees from your Alibaba Cloud account. and OSS violation
If your account balance is insufficient to cover a bill, the service is suspended. To resume the service, pay the overdue amount. The service is typically restored within 5 minutes.For more information about how to top up your account, see Online Top-up.
Renew a data transfer plan
If your pay-as-you-go top-up package is depleted, go to the AI Guardrails Pay-as-you-go Top-up Package Purchase Page to purchase a new one. You can purchase multiple top-up packages. They are used in the order in which they were purchased.
Pay-as-you-go top-up packages are valid for one year. Unused quota in an expired package is non-refundable.
