You can manage the funnels you have created. These operations include viewing funnel settings, viewing and filtering funnel data, and deleting funnels.
About this task
You cannot modify a funnel after it is created.
View funnel settings
Log on to the mPaaS console and complete the following steps:
In the navigation pane on the left, choose Mobile Analysis > Custom Analysis > Funnel Analysis.
In the funnel selection drop-down list in the upper-left corner, select the funnel that you want to view, and then click View Details on the right.
On the page that opens, you can view the settings of the current funnel, including the time window, calculation dimensions, and the events for each step.
View and filter funnel data
On the Funnel Analysis page, select the funnel that you want to view. On the page that opens, you can view the funnel conversion analysis chart, the conversion rate trend chart, and the detailed data.
As needed, set filter conditions to filter the data. In the Select Funnel area, click Filter Condition. Select a property and a filter rule, enter a property value, and then click Query. You can add multiple filter conditions.
You can filter the data displayed in the funnel analysis report.
In the conversion analysis chart, select a time range for the data statistics. For example, if you select the range from 2022-01-15 to 2022-02-13, all data for which the Step 1 event occurred during this period is counted.
In the conversion rate trend chart, select the overall conversion rate or the conversion rate between steps.
To export the funnel analysis data as an Excel file, click the Export button in the upper-right corner of the funnel analysis chart.
Delete a funnel
In the funnel selection drop-down list in the upper-left corner of the Funnel Analysis page, select the funnel that you want to delete, and click View Details to open the funnel details page.
Click the Delete button in the upper-right corner of the page and confirm the deletion.
Deleting a funnel deletes all reports associated with it.
