Problem Description
When the Alibaba Mail Webmail is used, a file in the CSV format is imported into the corporate address book, and there is a case where the page shows that the import operation is successful, but only a part of the content is actually successfully imported.
Cause
There is an error in the format of the CSV file.
Solutions
1. Refer to the following notes about the CSV file format to troubleshoot your CSV file format:
a. Only save the text and values displayed in the cells in the active worksheet, and all data rows and characters in the worksheet will be saved. Separate data columns with commas (,). Each row of data ends with a carriage return. If a cell contains a comma, you need to add a double quotation mark to the cell.
b. If the cell displays a formula instead of a number, the formula will be converted to text mode, and all formatting, graphics, objects, and other contents of the worksheet will be lost.
c. If the workbook contains special characters such as copyright symbols, and the converted file will be used on a computer running another operating system, save the workbook as a text file for the target system. For example, if you are running a Windows operating system and want to use the text file on a Macintosh machine, please save the file in CSV(Macintosh) format. If you are using a Macintosh machine and want to use the text file on a computer running a Windows or Windows NT operating system, please save the file in the CSV(Windows) format. The following is a CSV file format sample and it is for reference only.

test3,test3@hichina.com2. After checking the CSV format, import it to the enterprise email address book. Pay attention to the following information during the import process:
A. Generally, it can be exported directly when using Outlook's export address book function, and the file name is *.csv.
B. Do not directly modify the suffix of the ordinary Excel file to *.csv and use it as an import file.
c. If there is a problem during the import process, please use a text editor such as Notepad to open the CSV file and check whether the file format is correct.
D. Try to save the problematic address book file in CSV format again using Excel, or edit and save it directly using a text editor, and then import it through WebMail.
