The Historical trends page displays a historical analysis of core application metrics. For more information about how metrics are calculated, see Metric calculation rules.
To view historical trends for metric data:
Log on to the console, click Products & Services > Mobile PaaS, and select an application.
In the navigation pane on the left, click Mobile Analysis > Data Overview.
On the page that appears, click the Historical Trends tab.
You can set filter conditions, such as platform, version, channel, and time range, to view segmented data.
Click Add Filter Condition in the upper-right corner of the page. In the filter panel, select a platform, version, or channel, and then click Apply. You can also select a time range in the dual-calendar window. The page then displays analytical data based on the filter conditions.
The real-time dashboard consists of two sections: metric trends and detailed data.
Metric trends
This section displays metric data as a line chart for the selected time range:
Select a metric from the drop-down list in the upper-right corner to display its data. Available metrics include Launches, Active users, Active accounts, New users, Total users, and Total accounts.
Select a date dimension for the data. The options are Daily, Weekly, and Monthly.
Daily: Displays a daily data curve for the selected time range.
Weekly: Displays a weekly data curve for the selected time range. The weekly dimension is not available if the selected time range is less than 7 days.
Monthly: Displays a monthly data curve for the selected time range. The monthly dimension is not available if the selected time range is less than 30 days.
Detailed data
This section displays detailed data for the selected time range in a table. The table includes daily, weekly, or monthly data for six metrics: Launches, Active users, Active accounts, New users, Total users, and Total accounts. You can sort the data by any metric.
Click Export to save the data as a local Excel file.
Click the sort icon (
) in a column header to sort the data by that metric in ascending or descending order.
