Auto-renewal
Auto-renewal is available for TSDB instances that use the subscription billing method.
Notes
After you enable auto-renewal, the system automatically renews the instance for the specified duration. Ensure that your account has a sufficient balance.
Payment for auto-renewal is processed at 08:00:00, seven days before the instance expires.
If you manually renew an instance before its scheduled auto-renewal, the system skips the automatic renewal for that cycle.
A text message reminder for the payment is sent 10 days before the service expires.
Enable auto-renewal
Log on to the TSDB console.
In the Actions column of the target instance, click Manage.
On the instance details page, in the Running Status section, click Auto-renewal Management.
On the Renewal Management page, enable auto-renewal.
For a single instance: In the Actions column of the target instance, click Enable Auto-renewal.
For multiple instances: Select the instances for which you want to enable auto-renewal, and then click Enable Auto-renewal at the bottom of the list.
