Notification: Console upgrade
As of July 29, 2022, the Alibaba Cloud Data Security Center console has been upgraded to improve your experience. The upgrade is based on a workflow of detection, administration, and protection that helps you establish standard data security management processes and improve administration efficiency. This topic describes the main feature changes and explains how to use the new console.
Feature changes

| Workbench | A new Workbench provides end-to-end configuration guidance for Data Security Center. This includes asset synchronization, asset authorization management, data detection, and security audit configuration. The Workbench streamlines the product configuration flow and improves asset configuration efficiency. It also provides a global view of sensitive data threats and offers insights into sensitive data distribution and behavioral risks. |
| Data domain | The new data domain feature lets enterprise administrators classify data assets based on dimensions such as business properties, organizational structures, and data features. This allows for efficient management of assets and the sensitive data they contain. |
| Security audit |

| Feature entry points | The entry points for all features in the navigation pane on the left are adjusted. For features other than data domain and security audit, only their entry points in the navigation pane have changed. The supported features and how to use them remain the same. |
User guide for the new console
If you have not purchased Data Security Center, your console is upgraded to the new version by default. If you have purchased Data Security Center, log on to the DSC console. In the Data Security Center Console Upgrade dialog box, choose whether to try the new version. To switch between versions, click Try New Version or Back to Old Version at the bottom of the navigation pane on the left.
