Migrate a self-managed database from an ECS instance to an RDS instance in another Alibaba Cloud account

Log on to the Data Transmission Service console with the Alibaba Cloud account of the destination RDS instance. Configure a data migration task and set the source database as a self-managed database with a public IP address. For configuration examples, see Migration solution overview.
