The Data Subscription feature lets you create multiple consumer groups to consume data from a single source repeatedly. This reduces Data Subscription costs and improves data consumption speed.

Usage notes

  • You can create up to 20 consumer groups for a single Data Subscription instance.

  • Each consumer group can have only one consumer.

  • Switching the DStore module or the client may cause data duplication.

Procedure

  1. Log on to the DTS console.
  2. In the left-side navigation pane, click Change Tracking.
  3. On the Change Tracking Tasks page, select the region of your change tracking instance.
  4. Find your Data Subscription instance and click its instance ID. A list of instances is displayed with details such as instance ID/name, status, consumption checkpoint, Data scope, billing method, and available Actions, such as Convert to Subscription and Modify Subscribed Objects.
