The SEO management feature helps you submit site data to major search engines to improve your site's index coverage and organic visibility. This document guides you through two core SEO configurations: site verification and sitemap.
Prerequisites
Before you configure SEO, ensure the following:
You have created and published a website application using Wanxiaozi Creative Mode.
You have connected a custom domain name to your website.
Entry point
Log in to the system, navigate to your application page, and follow the path below:
Path: Click Manage in the top navigation bar, and select SEO management from the left-side navigation pane.
Modules: The SEO management page includes two submenus: site verification and sitemap.
Configure site verification
Site verification proves to search engines that you own a domain. Once verified, you can view your domain's indexing status and statistics in the respective search engine's console. The system currently supports verification for three major platforms: Baidu, Bing, and Google.
Supported platforms:
Baidu: Baidu Search Resource Platform
Bing: Bing Webmaster Tools
Google: Google Search Console
Getting started: Go to the SEO management page in Wanxiaozi, select your target platform, and follow the on-screen instructions.
Baidu site verification
Add site: Log in to Baidu Search Resource Platform, navigate to User Center > Site Management, and click Add Site. Enter your website's domain name and site property.
Download the verification file: In the site verification step, select the "File verification" method and download the verification file.
Upload the verification file: Return to the SEO management page in Wanxiaozi and upload the verification file.
Submit the API URL: Obtain your API submission URL from Baidu Search Resource Platform. Return to Wanxiaozi, paste the URL, and submit it.
Bing site verification
Download the verification file: Open Bing Webmaster Tools and add a site. For the verification method, select "XML file" and download the file.
Upload the verification file: Return to the SEO management page in Wanxiaozi and upload the XML file to complete the site verification.
Submit the API key: Obtain your API key from the Bing Webmaster Tools console. Return to Wanxiaozi, paste and submit the key.
Google site verification
Google uses an automated OAuth account authorization process, which simplifies verification.
Account authorization: On the SEO management page in Wanxiaozi, click "Go to Submit". You will be automatically redirected to the Google sign-in page.
Automatic verification: Authorize your Google account in the pop-up window. Then, go to Google Search Console and add the corresponding site property. The system will then automatically complete the site verification.
Sitemap management
A sitemap is an index file that describes your site's structure. Submitting a sitemap helps search engines crawl your public pages—such as the homepage, article lists, and product detail pages—more quickly and thoroughly.
Automatic generation and updates: The system extracts all indexable URLs from your site and automatically generates a
sitemap.xmlfile. When you add or modify pages, the system automatically updates the file during its next generation cycle.Preview the file: In the left-side navigation pane, select "Sitemap" and click the "Preview" button. This opens a code view of the current
sitemap.xmlfile.Manual upload: You can manually upload a sitemap.
NoteA manually uploaded sitemap overwrites the system-generated one. If you delete the uploaded file, the system reverts to the automatically generated sitemap.
FAQ
What types of pages are excluded from the sitemap?
To prevent search engines from crawling invalid content and maintain site quality, the system automatically excludes the following pages from the sitemap:
Draft pages that have not been published.
Pages that have been deleted.
Pages manually marked as "non-indexable" in the advanced page settings.
