Release an EAIS instance
After an EAIS instance is disassociated from an ECS instance, the ECS instance no longer benefits from the acceleration provided by the EAIS instance. If you no longer need the EAIS instance, release it to avoid wasting resources.
Procedure
Log on to the EAIS console.
In the upper-left corner of the Elastic Accelerated Computing Instances EAIS page, select the region of the instance that you want to release.
In the instance list, find the EAIS instance that you want to release, and in the Actions column, click Release Resource.
ImportantYou can release an instance only when its status is Available or Attached.
In the Release Resource dialog box, click OK.
The instance is deleted from the instance list in the EAIS console.
