Create and manage bandwidth plans
Cloud Phone provides a standard network that requires a bandwidth plan for internet access. A bandwidth plan lets you set a peak bandwidth and configure instance-level rate limits. This topic describes how to create and manage bandwidth plans.
Create a bandwidth plan
Log on to the Cloud Phone console.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose .
On the Bandwidth Plan page, click Create Bandwidth Plan.
In the Create Bandwidth Plan panel, configure the following parameters and click OK.
ImportantYou cannot delete a bandwidth plan after it is created. Proceed with caution.

Private CIDR Block
We recommend that you use
192.168.0.0/16,172.16.0.0/12, or10.0.0.0/12. Because cloud phone instances may be distributed across different zones, we recommend that you adjust the subnet mask bits to ensure that the maximum number of available private IPs is at least twice the target number of cloud phone instances.192.168.0.0/16Duration
Select a subscription duration and specify whether to enable Auto-renewal.

After you create the bandwidth plan, you can select it when you create a Cloud Phone instance group or matrix.
Modify a bandwidth plan
You can change the configuration of a bandwidth plan to increase or decrease its peak bandwidth.
Log on to the Cloud Phone console.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose .
On the Bandwidth Plan page, find the target bandwidth plan and click Upgrade/Downgrade in the Actions column.
On the Cloud Phone - Change Configurations of Bandwidth Plan page, modify the peak bandwidth and click Buy Now or Reduce configuration. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
You can click View Details to see the refund or payment amount.
Manually renew a bandwidth plan
Renew your bandwidth plan in advance to prevent service interruptions.
Log on to the Cloud Phone console.

In the left-side navigation pane, choose .
On the Bandwidth Plan page, find the target bandwidth plan and click the bandwidth plan ID.
On the details page of the bandwidth plan, you can find the following information:
The number next to Bound Cloud Phone Instances is the total number of Cloud Phone instances bound to this bandwidth plan. Click the number to view a list of these instances.
The Public IP Addresses section lists the public IP addresses in use and the number of Cloud Phone instances bound to each IP address. Click a number to view the instances bound to that public IP address.
View bandwidth plan traffic statistics
Log on to the Cloud Phone console.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose .
On the Bandwidth Plan page, find the target bandwidth plan and click the bandwidth plan ID.
On the details page of the bandwidth plan, click View to the right of Bandwidth Monitoring.
In the Bandwidth Plan Bandwidth Statistics section, you can view a chart showing the inbound and outbound traffic for the entire bandwidth plan.
Above the chart, you can select a time range (for example, Last 1 Hour or Last 2 Days) and a traffic unit (for example, bps or Kbps).
In the Instance Bandwidth Statistics section, you can view the top 100 Cloud Phone instances ranked by inbound and outbound traffic.
