View session statistics
A session connection is a valid connection that a client (ClientID) establishes with a Cloud Phone instance over the ASP protocol. The system counts multiple connections from the same client (ClientID) within a single time period (granularity) as one session connection. This topic describes how to view session statistics and export the query results.
View session statistics
Log on to the Cloud Phone console.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Switch to Matrix View.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose .
Click the Session Statistics tab. Select a Granularity and a Time Range to view the number of session connections.
NoteThe selected granularity cannot be longer than the time range.
Export data
Go to the Session Statistics tab.
In the upper-right corner of the Historical Session Statistics section, click the download icon to export the current query results.
